Can I send additional photos of my pet so you can choose the best one?Yes. Please send additional photos to email@example.com along with your order number, and we’ll make sure the artist sees them all.
Can I make a change to my order?Please send us an email within 24 hours of purchase, and we’ll make the necessary changes.
Do you just do cats and dogs?We can design a portrait of any animal, no matter the species and breed.
Which payment methods do you accept?We accept all major debit cards, including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, and more. We also accept Paypal.
Is my photo good enough?Please see our photo guidelines at the bottom of this page. If you followed our photo guidelines, then yes, your photo is very likely good enough to use.
Our artist will check all photos that come in, and if your photography does not meet our criteria, we will let you know. But don’t worry too much about it, here are our tips that will help you to get a great picture:
Close-up photography is preferred.
Take an eye-level shot placing your camera at the same height as the eyes of the pet.
Don’t use flash. Natural daylight works much better.
Ensure there is no blur. Try to get your pet to stay still while taking the photographs.
Please, make sure floppy ears are within the photo frame.
